İran'da Şah sonrası nükleer enerji politikası

Abstract

Yüzyıllar boyunca Ortadoğu'da varlığını ikame ettirmeye çalışan İran, devrim dönemine kadar bunu oldukça başarılı bir şekilde gerçekleştirmiş, fakat halkın beklenti, istek ve taleplerini görmezden gelerek, silahlanma ve nükleer çalışmalara yönelmiştir. Bu durum halkın ayaklanarak, Humeyni'nin etkisiyle, devrimin gerçekleşmesini sağlamış, fakat bu sefer Batı'ya yönelik dış politika tamamen değişerek, yalnızlık politikası uygulanmıştır. Bu çalışmada, İran'ın devrimden sonra Batı'ya karşı uyguladığı politika, tekrardan başladığı nükleer çalışmalar ve bu çalışmalarda petrolün etkisine değinilmektedir.

During the ages, Iran made an effort successfully in order to exist in Middle East until the revolution. But instead of meeting the expectations, needs and demands of the public, Iran prefered to develop their armament, and nuclear programs. Under that circumstances, with the effects of Khomeini, Iranians organized demonstrations against the Shah and made a revolution. But this time, Iran?s foreign policy, which was closer to Western world was changed. Iran started to follow isolation policy. With this study Iran?s Western policy after the revolution, their nuclear programs which have restarted and the effects of oil over those programs are explained.
