Türkiye'de taşımacılık sektörünün lojistik olgusu içerisinde incelenmesi

Abstract

Gelişen teknolojik gelişmeler neticesinde bugün birçok şey elektronik ortamda yapılabilir hale gelmiştir, lakin fiilen taşımanın yerine ikame edebilecek bir çözüm bir buluş henüz bulunamamıştır. Taşımanın bu denli önemli olduğu günümüzde, geçmişte yapılan yanlış ulaştırma politikaları sonucunda Türkiye gerek yolcu gerekse yük taşımacılığında karayolu ulaştırma sistemine %95 oranlarında bağımlı hale gelmiştir. Bu politikaların sonucunda diğer ulaştırma sistemlerine gereken önem verilmemiş, kombine taşımacılık oluşturulamamış ve her yıl binlerce can kaybı ve trilyonlar mertebesinde maddi kayıplar oluşmuştur. Türkiye jeostratejik konumu ile tarih boyunca taşımacılık konusundaki önemini sürekli korumuştur. Son yıllarda lojistik sektöründe yaşanan gelişmeler neticesinde Türkiye'de ki lojistik olgusu gelişerek ulaştırma sistemleri üzerinde etkili olmaya başlamıştır. Sektördeki lider firmaların çalışmaları ve çıkarılan kanun ve yönetmelikler ile taşımacılık kontrol altına alınmaya ve taşımacılığa bir çeki düzen verilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmada Türkiye'de gelişen lojistik olgusu içerisinde taşımacılık sektörü incelenmiştir.

İn the developing of technology there are lots of things done by electronic environment. However, there is nothing substutited for the transportation. Nowadays, transportation became more important and according to politics history, requirement of transport and goods gone up about 95 percent in turkey and also been addicted to it. Regarding to fact, other transports lost its significance by the reason of not combining the tranportation. At this stage there are lots of lifes and materials had been lost. Turkey has protected its transportation with the geostrategic position thoruough out year. As an outcome, the developing of logistic sectors became effected on turkey?s logistic phenomenon for the transportation systems.transportation had been considered and controled With the action of leader firms and new laws and regulations. The importance of transportation sectors had been examined within the logistic phenomenon.
