This study focuses on the films Dabbe: Bir Cin Vakası (Hasan Karacadağ, 2012), Dabbe: Cin Çarpması (Hasan Karacadağ, 2013) and Dabbe: Zehr-i Cin (Hasan Karacadağ, 2014) which tells the stories of women possessed by a demonic power. Evil that originates from people and demons that are used as tools by people appear as a dominating theme in these films. In these films, there are human-monsters, who do evil by using demons in addition to the unnatural monster, the demon. Possessed people in the films are possessed by different spells which are cast by people, who are close to them and who can easily come to their houses. Films which the theses focuses on are analyzed through the concept of visual excess. The films are presented from the monster's point of view and in the scenes which are presented from the monster's point of view, the possessed body is continuously shown in the frame. And this is expressed as visual excess. In order to support the idea, visual excess is discussed through the structure of the plot and use of the narration in horror films. In course of the analysis certain scenes picked from the films are examined in order to show the excessiveness of the monster's presentation style. This theses claims that the films Bir Cin Vakası, Cin Çarpması and Zehr-i Cin have a structure centers around the possession images and that the human-monsters are made invisible by the frequency and excessiveness of these images.en_US
