Kalite anlayisi surekli degisim gostermistir. Kalite kavraminin olusumunu ve gelisimine yer verilerek tarih icinde ne gibi anlayis farkliliklari icinde gelismis oldugu bu calismada genis bir bicimde yer bulmustur. Gunumuzde kalite anlayisinin yani sira kalite yonetim sistemleri de kuruluslara onemli bir altyapi saglayabilmektedir. Bu calismada iSO 9001:2000 kalite yonetim standartlari genis bir bicimde aciklanmis ve ornek bir modelle desteklenmistir.en_US
dc.description.abstractOrganizations that have a quality conscious, have to work within a system and astandard process in a growing competition environment every day. Quality understandingindicates continual variation. Constitution and improvement process besides understandingdifferences in historical development process of quality consept is scrutinized. Nowadaystogether with quality understanding, also quality management systems can obtain importantstructure for organizations. In this study, ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Standards areclarified on a large scale and supported with an sample model.en_US
