The impact of innovation-related investment and management performance on corporate financial returns

Abstract

The problem of financial performance of modern businesses is connected with the permanent search for opportunities for improvement of the obtained financial results. In this respect, a particular interest has been paid to the discussion of the perspectives of innovation development and improvement of management effectiveness as the leading factors of modern businesses’ financial performance. The presented study aims to contribute to a better understanding of the actual role of these two parameters in the financial development of modern businesses in the middle east region. The quantitative research design is utilized to perform a survey study on the experience of managers of leading middle east companies, accompanied by a literature review of relevant academic sources. The main objective of the study is to assess the impact of innovations and management on the financial performance of businesses. The results of the study demonstrated the significant impact of both parameters on business performance as well as their interconnection. The results of the study demonstrate significant impact of factors of innovation and management model of realization of financial returns of business.

Modern işletmelerin finansal performansi, elde edilen mali sonuçlarin iyileştirilmesi için sürekli yeni firsat arayişlariyla bağlantilidir. Bu bağlamda, modern işletmelerin finansal performansinin önde gelen faktörleri olarak inovasyon ve inovasyon ile ilgili yönetim etkinliğinin iyileştirilmesi perspektifi ile ilgili tartişmalar ön plana çikmaktadir. Sunulan çalişma, orta doğu’daki modern işletmelerin finansal gelişiminde bu iki parametrenin gerçek rolünü daha iyi anlaşilmasina katki sağlamayi amaçlamaktadir. Nicel araştirma tasarimi, ilgili akademik kaynaklarin literatür incelemesi eşliğinde, önde gelen orta doğu şirketlerinin yöneticilerine yönelik bir anket çalişmasi yapmak için kullanilmaktadir. Çalişmanin sonuçlari, şirket performansinin üzerinde hem bu iki parametrenin ayri ayri hem de bağlantili olarak önemli etkileri olduğunu göstermiştir. Sonuç olarak çalişmanin sonuçlari, finansal getirilerde inovasyon ve yönetim modeli faktörlerinin önemli etkisi olduğunu göstermektedir
