Komşuluk politikası çerçevesinde Avrupa Birliği'nin Gürcistan politikası

Abstract

Bu calismanin amaci Avrupa Komsuluk Politikasi cercevesinde AB'nin Gurcistan politikasinin incelenmesidir. Giris bolumunde calismanin amaci kapsami ve sinirlarini belirtmek uzere genel bir giris yapilmistir. calismanin birinci bolumunde Guney Kafkasya.nin konumundan AB'nin Guney Kafkasya'ya yonelisinin nedenlerinden bahsedilmis ve AB - Gurcistan iliskileri cercevesinde Avrupa Komsuluk Politikasi oncesi ve sonrasi kullanilan araclar belirtilmistir. calismanin ikinci bolumunde bagimsizliktan bugune Gurcistan.in politik durumu demokrasi ve hukuk devleti insan haklari dis iliskiler adalet ve ic isleri suregiden ic catismalar acilarindan incelenmis ve ilerleme raporlarina gore eylem planlarinin sonuclarina deginilmistir. calismanin ucuncu bolumunde Gurcistan.in sosyo . ekonomik durumu genel iktisadi gorunum sosyal durum ve beseri kalkinma politikalari orgutlerle iliskiler ve ulastirma enerji Ar . Ge cevre konulari yonunden incelenmis ve yine eylem planlarinin sonuclarina deginilmistir. Sonuc bolumunde calismanin degerlendirilmesi yapilarak Avrupa Komsuluk Politikasinin basarili olup olmadigina tartisilmistir.

EU's Georgia policy within the framework of European Neighbourhoud Policy is examined. The location of South Caucaus and the reasons of orientation of EU towards South Caucasus are mentioned and the instruments used by EU before and after European Neighbourhoud Policy are added. The political situation of Georgia is given in terms of democracy and rule of law, human rights, foreign relations, justice and home affairs, internal conflicts and the results of the action plans according to the progress reports are added. The social ? economic situation of Georgia is given in terms of general economic view, social situation and people to people issues, relations with other organizations, transport, energy, research and development, environment and the results of the action plans according to the progress reports are added and circumstances of the European Neighbourhoud Policy towards Georgia is examined.
