İşletmelerde liderlik davranışlarının örgütsel bağlılığa etkisi: Bir tekstil firması örneği

Abstract

Bu araştırma liderlik ile örgütsel bağlılık arasındaki ilişkinin ne şekilde olduğunu açıklamaktadır. Ayrıca; personellerin değişik demografik özelliklerine göre algıladıkları liderlik davranışları ve örgüte olan bağlılıkları arasındaki ilişkileri de incelemektedir.Büyük ölçekli işletmelerin personellerinden minimum maliyetle maksimum verimi alabilmesi için personellerin ait olduğu örgüte bağlılığını artırması ve personellerinde aidiyet duygusunu geliştirmesi gerekmektedir. Bu bağlamda personellerde meydana getirilmesi gereken örgütsel bağlılık ve aidiyet duygusu da işletmenin liderine (personelin bağlı olduğu müdüre ) düşen bir görevdir. Bu bakımdan demokratik, etkin ve etkili bir liderlik tutumuyla liderler direkt olarak personellerinin performansını etkileyecek ve bu durum da işletmenin cirosuna kısa veya orta vadede yansıyacaktır.Yapılan araştırma sonucunda göze ilk çarpan personellerin örgüte olan duygusal bağlılıklarıdır. Bu durum da işletmede çalışanların performansını gözle görülür şekilde sürekli artırmış ve bunun neticesinde verimlilik artmıştır. Zamanla aynı iş daha az sayıda insanla yapılmaya başlanmıştır. Değişiklikler bir problem değil, fırsat olarak görülmeye başlanmıştır. Şirket yönetim kadrolarına duygusal bağlılığı yüksek personeller yönetici olarak görev almaya başlamıştır. Bu hem şirketin gerek duyduğu kaliteli yönetici personel ihtiyacını karşılamış hem de alt kadrolara kariyer planları için motive edici örnek olmuştur. Duygusal bağlılığın yüksek çıkması şirketin arzuladığı hedefleri yakalamasını sağlamış.

This research explains in what form the relation is between leadership andorganisational loyalty. Furthermore; relations between leadership behaviours of personnelas perceived in relation to various demographic characteristics and their loyalty to theorganisation should be examined. In order to obtain maximum productivity withminimum cost from the personnel of big scale enterprises, it is required that the loyalty ofpersonnel to the organisation they belong increase and they develop the sense ofbelonging in their personnel. In this context organisational loyalty and sense of loyaltywhich need to be created in the personnel is a duty that rests upon the leader (the managerunder whom the personnel works) of the enterprise. For this reason leaders will directlyaffect the performance of their personnel with a democratic, effective and impressiveattitude of leadership and this situation will be reflected in the turnover of the enterpriseover short or long term. The most striking point of the conclusions of a research carriedout is the sentimental loyalty of personnel towards their organisation. This situationpermanently increased the performance of the personnel of the enterprise visibly andconsequently productivity has risen. In time, the same work has been done by a lessnumber of people. Changes have been seen not as a problem but as an opportunity.Personnel with higher sentimental loyalty have started taking office as managers to themanagement teams of the company. This both met the qualified management personnelrequirement the company needs and has become a motivating example for lower cadresin their carrier plans. Obtaining high sentimental loyalty helped the company reach thetargets it aimed for.
