Senaryo Yazımında Tarihyazımcı Üstkurmaca Unsurlarıyla Komedi Üretme Olanaklarının Araştırılması

Abstract

Bu tez, postmodern edebiyat terminolojisinde yer alan tarihyazımcı üstkurmaca teriminin komediyle ilişkisini araştırır. Tarihyazımcı üstkurmaca unsurlarının bir komedi senaryosu yazım sürecinde nasıl işlevsel olarak kullanılabileceğini ve komik olanı yaratma imkanlarını incelemek amacıyla yazılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında öncelikle tarihyazımcı üstkurmacanın komedi türüyle ilişkisi kuramsal olarak incelenmiş, daha sonra komedi teorilerinden yararlanılarak tarihsel komedi filmleri üzerinden izi sürülmüştür. Araştırma tarihyazımcı üstkurmaca unsurlarının yarattığı komik üzerinden bir özgün senaryo uygulaması ve senaryonun yazım süreci raporlanmasını içerir. Uzun metrajlı bir komedi filmi olarak kurgulanmış uygulama senaryo kapsamında dramatik yazım için yeni imkanlar yaratılması ve yazım sürecine dair yeni sorular üretilmesi konuları ele alınarak, komedi yazım sürecinin yazar için söz konusu araştırmanın ışığında daha özgün ve üretken kılınmasına çalışılmıştır.

This thesis investigates the connection between historiographical metafiction in postmodern literary terminology and comedy. It was written to examine how the elements of historiographic metafiction can be used functionally in a comedy script and the possibilities of creating the humorous one. Within the scope of the research, first of all, the relationship between the historiographic metafiction and the comedy genre was examined theoretically, and then it was traced through historical comedy films using comedy theories. The research includes the application of an original film script based on the humour created by the elements of historiographic metafiction and the reporting of the writing process of the script. Within the scope of the practice of the script, which was fictionalized as a feature-length comedy film, the issues of creating new opportunities for dramatic writing and generating new questions about the writing process were discussed. An attempt was made to make the comedy writing process more original and productive for the author in light of the research mentioned above.
