Abstract
İş hukukunun işçinin korunması amacına; klasik iş hukuku
modelini tanımlayan “tek işveren”, “tek işyeri” ve “belirsiz süreli iş
sözleşmesiyle sürekli istihdam” gibi kavramlara yabancı olan meslek
amaçlı geçici iş ilişkisi, Türk İş Hukukunda 6.5.2016 tarihli ve 6715
sayılı Kanun ile yasal hale gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada mevzuatımızdaki
düzenleme, ILO, AB düzenlemeleri ile Fransız ve Alman hukuklarıyla
karşılaştırılarak incelenecektir.
The temporary agency work unfamiliar to the purpose of labor law which protects workers; the concepts such as “single employer”, “single workplace” and "permanent employment by indefinite employment contract" that defines classical labor law model became legal with Law numbered 6715 and dated 6.5.2016 in Turkish Labor Law. In this study, the regulation in our legislation will be examined in comparison with ILO, EU regulations and French and German law.
